  • Shipper: A party that registers and publishes load information for transportation.
  • Carrier: A party that reviews load details, submits bids, and transports cargo.
  • Platform: The online service provided by Transportation Network / 合同会社 運送ネット that connects shippers and carriers.

1. Use of the Services

You agree to use our Services solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations,
including those of Japan (such as the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI), the Consumer Contract Act,
and any other relevant transportation and commercial laws). You must not use our Services in any way that could damage,
disable, or impair the Services, or interfere with any other party’s use or enjoyment of them. Prohibited activities include,
but are not limited to, fraud, misrepresentation, and any conduct that violates the law.

2. Account and Security

Some features of our Services require you to create an account. When you do so, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information.
  • Maintain and update your information as necessary.
  • Safeguard your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or breach.

Unauthorized use of our trademarks, including “Transportation Network” and “運送ネット,” is strictly prohibited.

4. User Content

You are solely responsible for all content you submit or post (“User Content”). By submitting User Content,
you grant Transportation Network a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable license to use,
reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute your User Content for purposes related to the provision of our Services.
You represent that your User Content does not infringe the rights of any third party and complies with all applicable laws,
including those governing intellectual property and privacy in Japan. We reserve the right to remove any content that
violates these Terms or is deemed illegal or inappropriate.

5. Links to Third-Party Sites

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites. Transportation Network is not responsible for the content,
privacy practices, or reliability of such sites. Accessing any third-party site is done at your own risk,
